We will be practicing a socially distanced flagging event this year. Our FOEC volunteers will ensure people are staying at least 6′ apart, except for small family groups, while you hear instructions and receive flags. We will have a process in place for this, so please listen to our volunteers. Eastern has almost 30 acres, so there will be plenty of space to place flags at the veteran grave stones.
